Fees & Services

I believe in simplicity and transparency. I charge $400 USD an hour, billed in 15-minute intervals.

I offer a few sliding scale slots with up to a 50% reduction in the fee. Additionally, I offer a 50% reduced fee to medical students, physicians, nurses, teachers, OTs/PTs, first responders, law enforcement officers and healthcare workers and their children 18 or younger, upon request.

Usually, a first time visit is 60-90 minutes ($400-600 USD).

Follow-up visits are variable, 30-60 minutes ($200-400 USD).

One time consultations with care coordination, chart review, review of bloodwork and a full interview are billed in this same way, usually 60-90 minutes ($400-600).

For telephone conversations in general, infrequent, brief conversations (5-10 min) are free of additional charge. Same with brief calls to other providers..

Note: I am entirely an out-of-network provider. I do not take insurance. I partner with IvyPay ® and Thrizer ® to facilitate out-of-network benefits and superbills. Not all insurance plans have out-of-network benefits, though.
